Q: When will my order ship? and how much will it cost ?
A: All UK orders under £35 is charged at £7.50, this is Next day delivery which is the only Royal mail service which is garenteed delivery
You will receive an email with a tracking number about 10 business days after you place your order. This email means that I have finished making and packaging your order and it is on it's way to you. However some product lines do take longer to assemble, an approx time scale is stated in the product listing as a guide. You may get a call to confirm dispatch dates etc depending on the size of your order. As you may want to be in to receive your parcel instead of collecting from the sorting office etc.
Q: What if my wedding is REALLY soon or I want my order shipped ASAP?
A: No problem! Just contact me before ordering and I will be more than happy to help you. I will do everything I possibly can to accommodate your request, and there won't even be a charge to you for a rush order!
Q: Why do you require a signature for delivery?
A: Collecting a signature ensures that your package will be put safely in the hands of someone you know, and we won't have to worry about anything going missing along the way. You can have it shipped anywhere you would like...whether that is your home, your work, or your mum's house...just let me know when you check out!
Q: Why don't you allow returns or cancellations?
A: The moment you place your order a flurry of activity starts at my studio: I order the materials I need for your items, They are all either made to order, or custom-made items to your own specific requirements. Some are even personalised .
I arrange for Royal Mail to pick up and deliver your package. I put so much love into creating, packaging, and shipping your selections that it simply isn't feasible for anything to come back. However your statutory rights still apply.
If you prefer to see things in person before you buy, and I wouldn't blame you one bit, please consider making an appointment to view my collection instead of shopping on my website. I will be more than happy to set you up with a one-on-one styling appointment and take care of the ordering details for you (not to mention, accessory appointments are crazy fun!!).

Q: How soon before my wedding should I order my accessories?
A: As soon as you've purchased your gown you've got free reign to start shopping for your accessories. Some brides accessorize right away, others like to wait a while...but at a minimum, you'll want to have them in time for your dress fittings and your hair trial, since you'll want to see everything come together at those appointments.
Q: Can I customize the length, color or design of the pieces I want to order?
A: Absolutely! I built my business creating bespoke designs for each bride and want you to have the same experience! Because customization requires a more hands-on approach than is possible online, it requires that you make an appointment and we will handle all of the details, including placing the order and coordinating with each others diary's. How cool is that?!
Q: What color should I order?
A: Color matching from a computer or phone screen is not a great idea, especially for something as important as your wedding day. if you are unsure I strongly encourage you to make an appointment or email for advice so you can match my colours to your gown. As refunds can not be given on items. Generally speaking, my "Antique" color can be described as a soft, neutral off-white and my "Ivory" color can be described as a delicate, ivory to dark. But again, please consider making an appointment.
Colour control of the crystals and beads and other materials used are the responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier and may occasionally differ from what is shown. The photography process may make the product appear larger than in real life. The size of the actual product along with the components used is displayed alongside the item. If in doubt please ask before ordering.
As each item is handcrafted there may be very slight variations to the original image.
As with any product keep out of direct sunlight for any length of time as this may cause colour distortion / fading
